Lush was founded in 1995 by six co-founders; Mo Constantine, Mark Constantine, Rowena Bird, Helen Ambrosen, Liz Bennett and Paul Greeves.

Lush is 10% Employee Owned and our people are the heart and soul of our business…

Biodiversity Project Team Al Ula (KSA)

The AlUla Framework Plan and Guidelines provide a holistic and integrated blueprint for sustainable development in an extraordinary location of human and natural heritage. The spectacular AlUla Valley is situated at the crossroads of ancient civilisations and possesses remarkable treasures to be discovered, including Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hegra. Faced with the threat of damaging human activity, the Framework Plan and Guidelines set out a comprehensive structure to achieve the delicate balance of preservation, restoration and growth of AlUla’s vast 22,300 km2 area.
